We pride ourselves on our reputation of selling high-quality products with an exceptional customer experience. At Rattan Revival, we stand by every product we sell and guarantee each one. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We will replace or refund the purchase price of any item(s) which arrive at their destination damaged or faulty. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of your parcel delivery. Otherwise, we will be unable to process your claim. Before we can refund you, we may request images of the damage.
We may require that you return the damaged or faulty item(s) for inspection and we will pay for the delivery cost. You need to return the item in original condition (including its packaging) before we can process the refund. Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery.
Returns or Exchanges
If you have made an incorrect choice or changed your mind, you may return the item for a refund (less shipping) or exchange. Items must be unused and in original condition and repacked in the original box or repackaged significantly to ensure a safe return. Returning a damaged item may void any refund or exchange. Shipping will be charged out at *full cost for return of item plus shipping of new item if this is an exchange.

We will process any refunds back to the original credit card number. We do not offer online credits.
How to return your orders
Once our online team has approved your returns request, please box up the products and include a copy of your order.
We will organise and advise the return shipping method.
Customers must return items to our Sunshine Coast warehouse.
Rattan Revival takes no responsibility in the event of the item(s) failing to reach us or any damage incurred due to insufficient packaging.
