Shipping within Australia
We are based on the Sunshine Coast, and now deliver Australia wide. We understand shipping can be a significant expense and turn off when purchasing larger items online and we have decided to cover the cost by 30%, to take some of the “sting” out of the price.
Please use the “quick shipping quote” on the product page to view the discounted cost of shipping for your order. If no quote appears, please contact us on 1300 RATTAN or firstname.lastname@example.org.
For some bulkier furniture items you may save on shipping by delivering to a business or depot. This option is available in the “Quick Shipping Quote”.
All items will be dispatched via our national shipping agent BigPost using “Leave Safe” home delivery unless a signature is required. Delivery of Your parcel will be via various national companies such as TNT, Aramex or we may use Startrack Express, from time to time. Delivery will usually be during regular business hours, and standard policy is if no one is at home, your goodies will be left in a safe location nearest to your front door. In utilising this service, the buyer acknowledges the carriers’ right to leave the goods at the customers home without obtaining a POD signature. Where the item is left will be at the discretion of the driver. If the receiver happens to be home, a signature may be obtained by the driver.
For “Leave Safe” Home Deliveries, you cannot request the driver to ring before delivery. They will not call you because in booking the job, you are authorising the driver to leave the goods in a safe area if your customer is not at home. If you would like the courier to call before delivery, you will need to book a standard home delivery requiring a signature. This option is via the shipping quote.
Subject to product availability, standard delivery orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days and only during weekday business hours. For items with lead times greater than 5 business days, you will be notified and a decision can be made to determine if you wish to proceed with the order. Rattan Revival will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
Delivery status & tracking
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is dispatched, along with the courier’s website where you can track your order. You may enquire about the current status and delivery whereabouts of your order at any time after placing your order. Please contact us with your order number (if applicable) to request details. All enquiries will be handled during weekday business hours.
We currently do not ship overseas.
If you would like to pick up your purchase from our Sunshine Coast Warehouse, to save on shipping, choose “Sunshine Coast Warehouse Pickup” after adding your goodies to the cart. In the “checkout” page under “order notes” mention when you think you will pop in. We are open by appointment Mon-Thur 9-4. Please call 1300 RATTAN or email email@example.com to arrange pick up.
