Shipping within Australia
Our dispatch warehouse is based on the Sunshine Coast and we now deliver Australia wide. We understand shipping can be a major expense and turn off when purchasing larger items online and we have decided to cover the cost by 25%, to take some of the “sting” out of the cost. We have also changed our shipping system to allow Australia Wide shipping and all quotes are the actual cost of shipping to your door or courier depot, less our subsidy.

All items will be dispatched via BigPost using “Leave Safe” home delivery, so your parcel may be delivered by various national companies suitable for your order and delivery area such as Toll, Couriers Please, Fastway and TNT. Delivery will be attempted during normal business hours and standard policy is if no one is at home to leave in a safe place. In utilising this service the buyer is acknowledging the carriers right to leave the goods at the recipients site without obtaining a POD signature. Where the item is left will be at the discretion of the driver. If the receiver happens to be home a signature may be obtained by the driver.
For “Leave Safe” Home Deliveries, you cannot request the driver to ring prior to delivery. They simply will not call you because in booking the job, you are authorising the driver to leave the goods in a safe area if your customer is not at home. If you would like the courier to call prior to delivery, you will need to book a standard home delivery. This can be arranged by emailing email@example.com
Subject to product availability, standard delivery orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days and only during weekday business hours. For items with lead times greater than 5 business days, you will be notified and a decision can be made to determine if you wish to proceed with the order. Rattan Revival will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
Delivery status & tracking
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is dispatched, along with the courier’s website where you can track your order. You may enquire about the current status and delivery whereabouts of your order at any time after placing your order. Please contact us with your order number (if applicable) to request details. All enquiries will be handled during weekday business hours.
We currently do not ship overseas. If you are an overseas customer please contact us directly to discuss options.
If you would are a local and would like to pick up your purchase to save on shipping, choose “Local Pickup” after adding your goodies to the cart. In the “checkout” page under “order notes” mention when you think you will pop in. We are open by appointment Mon-Thur 9-4. Please call 1300 RATTAN or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange pick up.
