Shipping within Australia
Our dispatch warehouse is based on the Sunshine Coast and we deliver anywhere within Australia, starting from $14.95. *FREE SHIPPING on your first order is available to customers who subscribe to our Rattan Revival family. *Available for customers in QLD, NSW & VIC. Other states & territories will be charged a flat rate.
The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the cost of delivery for your order, please add all of the items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb or postcode is correct.
Bulky orders will be dispatched via Bigpost freighting so your parcel may be delivered by various companies suitable for your order and delivery area such as Toll, Couriers Please, Fastway and TNT. Delivery will be attempted during normal business hours and standard policy is if no one is at home to leave in a safe place. Rattan revival takes no responsibility if your parcel goes missing from your property or is damaged as a result of leaving it in an unsafe location. Please specify a safe place to leave the parcel that is protected from passers-by and the weather.
Smaller items will be dispatched using Sendle or Australian Post and delivered via courier to your door.
Subject to product availability, standard delivery orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and only during weekday business hours. For items with lead times greater than 5 days, you will be notified and a decision can be made to determine if you wish to proceed with the order. Rattan Revival will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
Delivery status & tracking
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is dispatched, along with the courier’s website where you can track your order. You may enquire about the current status and delivery whereabouts of your order at any time after placing your order. Please contact us with your order number (if applicable) to request details. All enquiries will be handled during weekday business hours.
We currently do not ship overseas. If you are an overseas customer please contact us directly to discuss options.
